  • Reports To : Leadership Team
  • Role : Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality client care
  • Supervision : Direct oversight to Case Managers, Psychiatric NP, and Office Coordinator
  • Client Assessments : Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Referral Management : Managing the referral process from the first call through admission
  • Discharge Planning : Monitoring and facilitating discharge planning
  • Authorization Processes : Completing initial authorizations and continued stay requests
  • Team Collaboration : Participating in treatment team planning meetings
  • Quality Assurance : Implementing corrective action plans to maintain compliance
  • Qualifications : Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • Licensure : Eligibility for licensure in Virginia
  • Experience : 2-3 years in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred
  • Skills : Proficiency in supervision, clinical assessments, and care coordination
  • Knowledge : Understanding of treatment planning, referrals, and discharge processes
  • Administrative Experience : Familiarity with insurance authorizations and continued stay requests
  • Communication : Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
