Job Summary:
- Position: Level 3 Business Analyst
- Location: Albany, New York (50% Hybrid role)
- Duration: 23-month contract
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements analysis for existing system processes
- Document as-is and to-be IES system requirements and design
- Conduct systems analysis and documentation on legacy mainframe systems
- Meet with stakeholders to elicit requirements
- Produce work products that align with business needs
- Conduct work product peer reviews and assist in internal review process
- Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- More than seven years of experience working on complex projects with at least two years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
- At least seven years' experience as a business analyst
- At least seven years of experience working on enterprise-level software development projects.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- At least seven years serving in a business analyst role in either child support or eligibility programs
- At least seven years' experience in Agile, hybrid agile iterative software development
- At least seven years creating requirements documentation in an agile workplace
- At least seven years of experience in business process reengineering and optimization
- At least seven years' experience conducting gap analysis of multiple state health and human systems.
