The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in the company’s success by ensuring orders are processed in a timely way and in accordance with the company’s policies and processes. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with internal teams as well as domestic & international suppliers on the following updates (but not limited to):
- Quotation information as requested by rep for prospective sales opportunities
- Purchase Orders created for new & Approved orders
- Purchase Orders Submitted to vendor
- Artwork submitted/received/updated/approved at sub-contract vendors
- Orders checked on while in progress to ensure production occurring on schedule and shared with reps
- Orders completed at vendor and having shipped tracking details
- Orders delivered at customer/PFG location
- Offer precise information about products and services.
- Possess a strong sense for detail, analytical skills in financial records and transactions.
- Work with team members to refine service processes and increase satisfaction.
- Manage vendor accounts and negotiate best pricing.
- Quality assurance review on print and promotional products orders.
- Fulfillment and kitting to prepare orders for delivery and shipment.
- Support for Retail and Showroom including
- Sales support for customer orders
- Processing POS transactions
- Manage customer inquiries
- Inventory tracking
- Process purchase orders for Retail and Showroom
- Manage a steady stream of in-person, phone, and email-based internal and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including MS Office, Project Management such as Asana, ASI
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time/project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, flexible attitude.
- Experience with Print, Apparel, and Branded Promotional Products preferred

- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Daily Hours: 9am - 5pm

For a full-time candidate the range is $40k - $50,000 annually plus benefits.
For a part-time candidate working 25-30 hours per week with no benefits is $30per hour.
