- Proofread and edit customer purchase orders and internal sales order acknowledgments for accuracy and clarity.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with team members to refine service processes and increase customer satisfaction.
- Promptly address customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Offer precise information about products and services.
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Perform research to answer customer questions and find solutions.
Experience
