Key Responsibilities
- Lead Systems Engineering efforts for UAV design, integration, and performance optimization.
- Oversee requirements development, system architecture, design, and validation .

- Conduct trade studies and system analyses to determine optimal architectures.
- Develop and execute subsystem / system test plans, including flight testing .
- Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace industry regulations.
- Lead risk assessments to guarantee reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company in customer engagements and technical reviews .
- Mentor and grow a high-performing Systems Engineering team .
