*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a strong background in childhood development and education. Experience in classroom sitting prefered. Small classroom ratio. VPK credentials is a plus also.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess students' abilities and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes
- Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Prior experience working with children or students
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong knowledge in areas such as math, literacy education, physical education, and special education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
