Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year of home care experience preferred
- Manage and oversee all aspects of care planning process including acting as liaison between caregivers and clients
- Assist in facilitation of new client on-boarding process
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance standards are met
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently are required
Compensation: 25-28hr
