Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinician to provide remote support to Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) delivering services such as Mobile Crisis Response, Community Stabilization, and Mental Health Skill Building. This role requires flexibility and availability during nights and weekends to ensure timely and effective support for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to QMHP Counselors during nights and weekends, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Offer immediate guidance for crisis interventions and support QMHP staff in managing complex client situations.
- Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and crisis assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the QMHP team to develop strategies for effective community stabilization and skill-building services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health care, crisis response, and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Act as a liaison between QMHP staff and agency leadership to address any urgent operational concerns.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health services, with a focus on crisis intervention or community-based programs.
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Crisis Response, Community Stabilization, and Mental Health Skill Building practices.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with remote communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supervising QMHP staff or leading clinical teams.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and state-specific mental health regulations.
- proficiency is a plus.
Schedule:
- Availability during nights and weekends is required. This position offers flexibility in working hours but requires consistent responsiveness during designated shifts.
