About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Financial Analyst to join our team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and motivated group of professionals. This entry-level role will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and supporting key financial processes, offering you a chance to grow and develop your skills in the field.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insights on key metrics such as revenue, margin, growth, and working capital.
- Support the development of the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), and investigate deviations between actual results and budgets, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the analysis of profit and cost efficiencies across programs, departments, and product lines, supporting key decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 2 year of experience in finance, accounting, business, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced financial expertise in planning, forecasting, and analysis, with the ability to understand and interpret complex financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills at a macro level, is required, along with experience using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and skilled in problem-solving.
