In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and refine digital marketing and communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
Responsibilities :
- Support the execution of programs aimed at driving demand for solutions, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Establish operating rhythms and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development across events, content, and operations.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Contribute to creating and executing marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and the company website to generate interest and leads.
- Review and optimize current social media activities while implementing new strategies to expand the organization’s social media footprint.
- Research and identify potential opportunities with industry media outlets and manage third-party media relationships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan.
