- Own forecasting and variance analysis processes in collaboration with Revenue Operations
- Monitor and manage SG&A spend tied to college sales activity
- Analyze market trends to uncover new revenue opportunities
- Support the annual pricing cycle and ensure proper management of licensing agreements
What We’re Looking For:
- 10–15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A—ideally in a manufacturing or product-based business
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with senior leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in tools like Power BI strongly preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful financial insights
What Success Looks Like:
- You take initiative, deliver high-quality work, and proactively solve problems
- You build strong relationships across departments and are seen as a trusted business partner
- You translate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies
- You help the business scale sustainably, profitably, and efficiently
Why Join Us?
