Role : Office Manager cum Bookkeeper

Location : Princeton, NJ

W2 only

We are a software company based out of Princeton, NJ, doing business for over 25 years and servicing Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for a strong Office Manager cum Bookkeeper to help us in some of the following areas and abilities to quickly come up to the speed in the other areas :

  • 1. Professional Services / Consulting related back-office activities.
  • 2. Coordinating & recording time sheets, raising invoice, and doing AR follow-ups.
  • 3. Recording & validating subcontractor bills, and handle AP calls.
  • 4. Research, coordinate, handle benefits & insurance issues and handle benefit provider.

Must have :

  • 1. Strong coordination skills, written / verbal communication skills, and people interface.
  • 2. Skilled in Word and Excel.
  • 3. Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting package.
  • 4. Strong self-driven, work ethics and ability to do fast research on diverse topics related to employee benefits, insurance, etc.
  • 5. Ability to work at least 3 days from our Princeton office (additional flexibility to work more days from home may be considered for the right person afterwards).

    • Nice to have :

  • 1. AS or BS in accounting or related area.
  • 2. Experience with back office and accounting activities in IT consulting organization serving direct large clients.
