Our client, a prominent leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the execution of projects and lead / manage a team of Account Managers and Field Technicians out of the Auburn, Maine office. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a strong sales and management background in the technical services industry to step into an already established company and market, with tons of room to continue to grow!

  • MUST be comfortable with a daily commute to the office in Auburn, Maine!

    • Qualifications

  • IDEAL PROFILE = 5 years of HVAC field experience
  • HVAC industry experience is ideal (sales or business development)
  • Experience in Sales AND Project Management / Technical capabilities of HVAC
  • Technical HVAC knowledge (strong understanding of HVAC equipment)
  • 2 years of management experience (Managing Account Managers and Field Technicians)
