Job Description
We are seeking an Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiating with insurance companies, developing strong case strategies, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases , including MVA,premises liability, and slip and fall claims.
- Evaluate case value and develop strategies to maximize settlements.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best possible outcome for clients.
- Work closely with medical providers to ensure proper treatment and documentation.
- Prepare and review demand letters, medical records, and settlement agreements.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed and involved in their cases.
