POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is an excellent fit for a highly motivated individual with 3-7 years in an experiential marketing, sales, business development, or an event planning background, with a focus on developing partnerships in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. As an Account Manager you'll work in a FUN, fast-paced environment and harness the power of our cutting-edge technology. The basic responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working with assigned inbound customers to fully understand their needs and consult on how our services can meet/exceed their needs
Develop innovative programs with brands to drive marketing ROI with innovative in-store sampling and guerrilla marketing initiatives
Cultivate business growth over the long term by building lasting win-win relationships with clients
Grow revenue within the designated customer portfolio and acheive montly sales performance metrics
Identify opportunities of business growth and proactively drive projects to fruition
Field inbound sales calls and educate potential customers on our unique selling propositions
Utilize our CRM system to remain organized in a very fast paced industry
Leverage our proprietary technologies and educate customers on our service offerings
Examples of assignments we staff include tradeshows, conventions, in-store sampling events, sporting events, experiential marketing campaigns, special events, and more.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required
3-7 Years of Professional Experience (in Experiential Marketing or a Related Industry is a plus!)
Excellent Communication Skills
Organization and Impeccable Attention to Detail
Proficiency w/ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to Communicate Effectively over Phone and Email
Reliable, Determined, and Self-Motivated
Open Availability is required, as standard office hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm but job responsibilities do require follow up outside office hours.
This position pays competitively commensurate with experience (Base plus Commission).
