Duties
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with local regulations and ordinances.

- Respond to inquiries and resolve conflicts related to parking issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on violations, incidents, and enforcement activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to address enforcement concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of citations issued and follow up on outstanding violations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of law enforcement principles or possession of a relevant certificate is a plus.
