- Develop and implement effective care delivery models and processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Graduate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
