Position: Summer Cook (s) – as needed (2)
Location: Summer Feeding Program, various sites throughout the county
Classification: B or D
Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED or TASC equivalent
Holds “cook” classification
Length Of Employment: June 16 - August 01, 2025
Important: must be available to work the full summer contract; no exceptions for vacations or attending summer staff development.
Salary Range: 2024-25/2025-26 Salary Schedule (Daily Rate) Service Daily Salary
Job Description: Prepare,serve and record meals; maintain records for HACCP; assist in cleaning kitchen, dishes, equipment, and dining areas; follow prepared work schedule; transport meals to designated locations, collect weekly paperwork, and all other duties as assigned by the director.
