Putnam / Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates operating a 6-week ESY Program for students with disabilities from July 1, 2025, through August 11, 2025. Music Teacher candidates are needed to provide instruction to school-aged students. Must have the ability to function as a positive and contributing member of our BOCES team.
To begin July 1, 2025 (Only those who can work the full 6-week program and those who are available to attend the ESY Orientation on June 12, 2025, at 3 : 00 PM need apply).
QUALIFICATIONS :
Appropriate New York State Education Department certification in Music.
CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED :
Extensive knowledge of instructional approaches for students with autism, emotional / behavioral disorders, and / or multiple disabilities. Must be driven, organized, and have the ability to positively manage students. Successful candidates must have a positive, can-do attitude and be committed to the BOCES Mission of Service and Innovation through Partnership.
