The Puyenpa family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking a Personnel Security Vetting and Processing Administrative Support Assistant based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of four months with the possibility of being extended.

- Assist Government staff with performing walkthroughs of buildings on the White House Complex and conducting room and space surveys.
- Assist in reading, updating, and editing floorplans and drawings and space allocation records.
- Assist in inputting data into Microsoft Excel and updating floor plans in AutoCAD • Contractor shall observe and document space- and room-related information during space surveys.
- Assist in gathering space requirements from Government staff and stakeholders.
- A minimum of one year of experience in space planning or similar role.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, close attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and the ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Prior experience using and proficient at utilizing AutoCAD software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
