About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Campaign Manager to lead digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution skills, with a strong background in media planning, conversion optimization, and data-driven performance marketing.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full paid campaign lifecycle—planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to align ad creative and messaging with campaign goals. This position requires someone who is analytical, organized, and proactive in staying ahead of ad platform trends and changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Plan campaign structures, allocate budgets effectively, and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, platform policies, and pixel/tracking configuration.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Stay current on emerging trends, policy updates, and platform innovations across Meta and Google.
- Use tools such as Google Tag Manager and platform dashboards for accurate tracking and attribution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Active Meta and Google Ads certifications (required).
- Proven experience in media planning, conversion optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong familiarity with retargeting, audience targeting, pixel setup, and funnel strategies.
- Proficient with Google Tag Manager, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
- Highly analytical and organized; capable of balancing multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—able to clearly present strategy and results to both internal teams and clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
