In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to, and mitigating, cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks.

The Opportunity

As part of the Cybersecurity Incident Management team you are responsible for efforts in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Governance, establishing resilient strategies to protect and sustain operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in developing exceptional deliverables, utilizing your knowledge to address complex problems and manage client service accounts. You play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, driving strategic planning, and maintaining standards of integrity and authenticity while embracing technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies

- Manage client service accounts with a focus on maintaining enduring relationships

- Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

- Drive strategic planning initiatives to support cybersecurity objectives

- Uphold adherence to standards of integrity and authenticity

- Embrace and promote the use of innovative technologies

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Cybersecurity, or Information CyberSecurity

- 5 years of experience

- Familiarity with leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards

- Experience in completing a Business Impact Assessment

- Understanding of basic Disaster Recovery processes

- General understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

- Experience with business continuity/resilience technology platforms

- Summarizing large quantities of data into coherent reports

- Collaboratively addressing complex client challenges

- Assessing business situations in broader environments

- Communicating effectively with professional audiences

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
