Summary :
The Analyst, Operational Resilience will support with the maintenance of the business continuity program and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, encompassing corporate emergency response, employee preparedness, and incident management. Coordinate and assist with conducting risk assessments, as well as identifying prevention and mitigation efforts that result from such work. Provide advice and guidance to business leaders and their teams. Work with the team to plan, prioritize the implementation of strategies, solutions and liaise with the process owners on raising awareness on the overall business continuity and disaster recovery procedures corporate-wide.
Responsibilities :
Support the testing, implementation and maintenance of corporate wide Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC / DR) plans, policies and procedures
Support the response strategies IT and operational service disruption in the event of a significant incident or disaster
Lead efforts in establishing Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and develop recovery priorities, timelines, and strategy for proper sequence of recovery components
Create training and awareness presentations / materials for employees and participate in the delivery of training and awareness exercises which aim to embed the Operational Resilience strategy within the business
Skills : :
DR / BC planning experience including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies and Crisis Management
Development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery exercises within individual departments across the enterprise
Experience working with IT teams to develop, maintain and test IT Disaster Recovery and fallback / fallover processes
Proficiency with Send Word Now and Assurance
Proven ability to write global policies and standards
