What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Craft and execute a visionary growth and Go To Market strategy for the different sub-verticals, including Medicare, aligning with PX’s overarching goals.
- Identify untapped opportunities to establish PX as the go-to customer acquisition platform for Medicare/Health Insurance/Health Providers.
- Set clear, ambitious targets that drive exponential growth.
Revenue Growth
- Bring hyper-growth to the vertical by securing and scaling partnerships.
- Develop and deploy innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and client ROI.
- Lead the charge in optimizing pricing models and leveraging performance data for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Grow and inspire the high-performing sales and account management team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with the management team.
Client Engagement
- Be the face of PX for top-tier clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Deliver customized solutions that address client needs and drive mutual success.
- Represent PX at industry events, establishing thought leadership and expanding our brand presence.
Operational Excellence
- Use performance metrics and market insights to innovate and optimize vertical operations.
- Ensure scalability and efficiency, leveraging PX’s dynamic pricing and publisher management tools.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly CMS guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Industry Experience: At least 10 years of senior-level experience in the Medicare industry (highly preferred), and/or other Health related industries, business development, and/or general management.
- Revenue Focus: A history of driving significant revenue growth and scaling business units.
- Leadership Excellence: A track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with customer acquisition platforms, performance analytics tools, and compliance regulations (e.g., CMS).
