Position Overview:
- Lead and oversee dental services, staff, and program operations
- Manage policies, quality initiatives, and budget in partnership with executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulations, payer standards, and productivity benchmarks
- Oversee credentialing, privileging, staffing, scheduling, and peer review
- Provide direct patient care with cultural competence and compassion
- Collaborate across departments to support integrated, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from ADA-accredited dental school
- California dental license, DEA registration, CPR (BCLS/ACLS)
- 5 years clinical/operational experience
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
