Overview
The ideal candidate is someone who is driven to create and manage best-in-class projects, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with BBH creatives and production partners, and who is passionate about the broadcast, digital and entertainment landscape. This person must be a creative thinker, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in a fast-paced environment. Industry expertise at a recognized agency or client-side experience is ideal. Key tasks include project planning, (goals, budget, schedule, and scope) budgeting, negotiating and possessing a restless determination to make great work. The candidate needs to be an entrepreneurial self-starter, capable of respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) as well as external partners and production partners. This role reports to the Director of Production in the NY office.

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $125,925 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Strong, independent thinker, leader and decision maker with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Superior estimating, scheduling, budgeting and negotiating skills
- Experience and knowledge of live action shoots, contract and talent negotiations and AICP/AICE bidding standards
- Knowledge of and/or interest with experiential/stunt projects and installations
- Possess a keen eye and exhibit great taste for best-in-class work
- Work with agency teams and disciplinary leads to execute projects at the highest level, involving people at all levels for repeated project success
- Oversee client relationship(s) with responsibility for sourcing relevant talent, client satisfaction, prioritization of all deliverables and ensuring quality of work meets agency creative standards and client objectives
- Candidate should be proficient with project management and communication programs such as Slack, Teams, Frame.io, etc.
- Superior presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- 3-4 years of production company, agency or brand side experience
- Must possess meticulous organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship skills
- Experience producing broadcast, web & print content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
- Must have excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of pop-culture and all other formats including digital and social trends
- Understanding of creating video for digital platforms and story-telling for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and others
- Must have a genuine interest in content development and ability to think flexibly (idea generation across multiple verticals).
- This person should be able to generate and execute ideas -- have an interest in millennial driven content and a solid knowledge of both television and digital landscape is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required
