Role Description
PXPOHIO is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist and Sales Prospector for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to manage all social media marketing while also developing skills in prospecting and sales. You will assist in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting sales initiatives to help grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Create engaging TikTok videos and Instagram/Facebook Reels to showcase PXPOHIO’s services
- Post consistently on LinkedIn (weekly) to engage with business audiences
- Design and edit graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Canva (required)
- Monitor and engage with online audiences to build community interactions
- Support digital marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
- Participate in prospecting and outreach efforts to generate leads
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals
- Research industry trends to enhance social media strategies
- Research and identify potential clients in various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
- Use LinkedIn and CRM tools to connect with prospects and build relationships.
- Assist the sales team in developing targeted email campaigns and follow-ups.
- Track lead engagement and provide insights to optimize outreach strategies.
- Attend networking events and industry trade shows as needed.
- Manage sales accounts that come in through social media leads.
- Run ads and boost ads on all platforms,
- Creativity is key! You will be doing all of this on your own!
- Collaborate with all departments for any posting ideas.
- Willingness to take on customer accounts and manage them!
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management
- Experience with short-form video creation on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Ability to post engaging content on LinkedIn weekly
- Proficiency in Canva (required) for content creation
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and customer outreach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
