Responsibilities
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Immerse our guest into the Phuc Yea experience from the door
- Communicate with staff about VIPs, allergies and special occasions
- Upkeep the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby area
