Job Details
Currently, our firm is seeking motivated and career-oriented associates to join our legal team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the legal industry, litigating and trying cases, have a strong attention to detail and can be a quick study.
The successful candidate(s) will manage defending in a variety of complex cases, particularly focusing on bodily injury and premises liability defense in a fast-paced environment. Interested candidate(s) can possess anywhere between 0 and 10 years of legal experience. Depending on experience, we offer flexible, hybrid remote position(s).
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Stay updated on current laws and regulations.
Represent businesses, individuals, and insurance companies in litigation, mediations, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
Conduct legal research and analysis to devise defense strategies for clients.
Provide legal advice to clients on litigated and non-litigated matters.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Work productively, both independently and collaboratively within a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
Creative problem-solving skills to address the unique needs of a diverse client base.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in legal practice.
Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and in good standing or will sit for the 2025 bar exam.
