Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and performing system checks and or repairs. Candidates who currently hold an RME-I license are highly encouraged to apply!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on sprinkler fire suppression systems
Service and inspections of wet, dry and pre-action fire suppression systems
Install, maintain, repair, or replace fire sprinkler equipment and systems in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards
Install or upgrade fire sprinklers in commercial and residential buildings
Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues and report results of work completed in an accurate, timely manner
Protect and maintain company equipment
Inspect and maintain company truck to proper operating standard
Operate warehouse equipment safely
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Interact with customers in a mature and professional manner
Perform other duties assigned by management
Education & Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of fire sprinkler experience
Current RME-I license preferred, but not required
Knowledge of both commercial and residential systems desired
Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
Requires the ability to display knowledge of codes and regulations related to the work
Must have the ability to recognize and report deviations through inspection programs
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record#Indeed
