The Benefits Specialist is expected to have a strong working knowledge of benefits administration, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. This position will work closely with the Benefits Manager.
Will work Onsite at the Corporate office in Alpharetta , GA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
Working with third-party providers to ensure the administration of benefit plans, resolve employee issues, and respond to inquiries.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and Finance to coordinate benefits activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and prepare reports.
Educating employees on the features and benefits of their plans, providing guidance on benefit options, and resolving any issues that arise.
Overseeing enrollment and eligibility procedures, managing benefit-related paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with the development and delivery of programs related to benefits to ensure employees understand their options and can make informed decisions.
Helping to identify and implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being and reduce healthcare costs.
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 years plus experience as a Benefits Adminstrator or Specialist.
Organizational and Analytical skills.
Strong experience working with Excel.
Other Duties:

Performs other duties as assigned.
