Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team. As a Fire Extinguisher Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining fire extinguishers in commercial and residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test fire extinguishers to ensure they are functioning properly
- Install new fire extinguishers in accordance with fire code
- Repair and maintain existing fire extinguishers
- Perform regular inspections to ensure fire extinguishers are installed correctly
- Document inspection findings and submit reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is required. Knowledge of NFPA standards is preferred.
