Job Summary
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and previous customers, alert them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest, and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems, and analyze data to inform sales strategies and drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
- Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or at least five years of related industry experience required.
- Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
