Roles and Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, such as incoming and outgoing calls , prepare and distribute memos, emails and reports
-Administrative Support
-Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and develop strategies for increasing engagement
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- HR knowledge a plus
-Ability to work independently
-Must be self motivated and take pride in your work
