About the Role:
As a Client Care Specialist II, you will be a key member of our Client Care team, working directly with customers to resolve application, technical, and installation inquiries. In this role, you’ll assist clients via phone and email, monitor system performance, and proactively address customer needs. You will also have opportunities to expand your technical skill set, gaining exposure to SQL, Python scripting (IronPython), HL7, NCPDP, and other healthcare-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve general, installation, application, and technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential concerns.
- Develop or modify SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Work closely with clients to optimize their PyraMED system based on their specific needs.
- Provide guidance on best practices and ensure customers maximize the software’s benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in application support and/or a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence, ability to correspond professionally via email, and unwavering commitment to customer service.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Degree or coursework in information systems, health information management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python (IronPython) or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with HL7, NCPDP, or other healthcare-related technologies.
- Prior experience in technical support or software implementation.
Additional Information:
- This role requires participation in a rotational on-call schedule during off-peak hours.
