What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director/Senior Manager, Brand Marketing position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC?
Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Associate Director / Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join their team. Initially, the role will be remote until an office space is identified in NYC, at which point the role will work a hybrid schedule and work from the office 2-3 days per week.
Job Duties Include :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Coordinate and ensure the flawless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns
- Create and implement social media strategies to grow community and drive loyalty
- Collaborate with PR partners to design and implement influencer campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives
- Identify and manage partnerships with brands and organizations in beauty, fashion, wellness, and culture
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and creative marketing initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of trends in relevant industries to inform marketing strategies and maintain cultural relevance
- Utilize data and qualitative insights to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize future efforts
Job Qualifications Include :
Pay : $135k - $155k annually
