Our client, a healthcare consulting company, is hiring an IT Director to join their team onsite in New Hyde Park.
Job Duties Include:
- Oversee IT operations
- Hire new members of staff and lead the team to success
- Design and implement IT strategies and infrastructure
- Identify and eliminate security risks
- Analyzes business requirements for IT needs and systems
- Evaluate IT operations regarding established goals
- Assesses need for new equipment and software.
- Prepare and present reports as needed and requestions
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Manage company help desk
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Experience in MS Office with strong use of Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, ERP systems, Outlook, Zendesk, payroll systems, PowerBI, ATS, and HRIS system maintenance and implementations.
- 8 years of business experience in IT and team management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $160k - $180k annually
