What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, CRM & eCommerce position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC?
Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM & eCommerce to join their team. Initially, the role will be remote until an office space is identified in NYC, at which point the role will work a hybrid schedule and work from the office 2-3 days per week.
Job Duties Include :
- Develop and implement an email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and content planning
- Oversee management of email campaigns, including concept creation, content development, deployment, and analysis
- Enhance email and SMS campaigns through A / B testing of subject lines, content, layouts, and send times
- Collaborate to establish KPIs for retention campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights
- Implement strategies to expand the email subscriber list through lead generation and opt-in optimization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations for all email marketing campaigns
- Develop and utilize retention programs for subscription, referral, and loyalty initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates
- Collaborate with brand marketing, graphic design, and external web development teams to meet deliverables and deadlines for site updates
- Create on-site digital marketing campaigns for new product launches and content updates
- Monitor website and make adjustments based on inventory, web sales, and promotions
- Partner with the digital lead to develop the site roadmap
- Optimize and enhance site applications to increase revenue and improve customer experience
Job Qualifications Include :
Pay : $110k-$130k annually plus bonus equity options
