Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Data entry and auditing or cross referring exp
• Migration from MHN to behavioral health – Health med
• Responsible for opening the form and matching the signature cross referencing
• Data entry – experience with Microsoft excel and word, very detail oriented. No room for error.
• Equal # of providers on the list and into the excel file. Will have a quota.
• Communication skills
• Internet skills
• Professional workspace, away from any distractions.
• Fast/trustworthy internet
• Experience in csa, data entry, administrative roles
• The process is simple but manual and the expectation for the client is 100% compliance, meaning no errors can occur.
• Fast paced, high volume, daily quota
• Call center / administrative experience
• Detail oriented – no room for error and can catch prior errors
• Data entry – cross referencing – repetitive
• Typing Test (1min):

• Typing speed: 35-40 WPM with accuracy is above 95%.
