Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Some accounting background needed,Experience in transaction reconciliations and Strong communication skills.
- Provide business function support in various power delivery settings in addition, develop processes to satisfy the needs and requirements of a diverse financial group that utilize a variety of O&M, Capital and/or balance sheet and clearing accounts.
- Minimum of either a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s Degree and 5 years’ experience in preparing project estimates in the electric and gas utility industry using software and or estimating manuals to expedite estimating preparation process.
- Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office, People Soft, Time, EERS, and PassPort proficiently.
- Develop customized reports.
- May be expected to travel throughout clients territory as required using personal vehicle and possesses a valid driver’s license.
- Some accounting background needed.
- Ability to perform transaction reconciliations.
- Strong communication skills to work with suppliers, domestic and abroad.
- This person will work in our expense management platform, assisting employees.
- This person will perform reconciliations between our payment platform and the bank software used to pay suppliers via virtual credit cards.
