Pay Range: $38 - $42.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift : Mon Fri 8.00 AM 5.00 PM EST
- Serve as the primary point of contact for apparel licensees, delivering exceptional day-to-day communication and support.
- Assist the Category Managers in various responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Lead communication with licensees on retail, marketing, financial, and product requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide support to the team on retail planning, presentations, and category insights research to drive strategic decision-making.
- Represent Client as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with partners and ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Support licensee marketing initiatives for key collection launches, partnering closely with Brand, PR, Social and Marketing teams.
- Assist in drafting and submitting contracts, customs and shipping letters and follow through on status.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the retailer landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and potential new partnerships.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Quality technician experience
- Demonstrated understanding of brand/category positioning, retailer landscape, business development, and retailer distribution.
- Results oriented, ambitious and hardworking drive while showcasing your desire to grow within the consumer products industry.
- Strong base of presentation skills paired with creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and passion.
- Proven ability to react to change and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of successfully pursuing business opportunities and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat. SharePoint knowledge is ideal.
- Bachelor s degree in commerce, Marketing, Business or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, knowledge of licensing business or directly related field.
