Pay Range: $23 - $24.64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in preparing invoices for goods or services rendered.
- Verifying billing information and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining billing records and documentation.
- Generating billing reports and statements.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Assisting with data entry and processing billing transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate billing.
- Following up on outstanding invoices and processing payments.
- Assisting with other billing-related tasks as needed.
- A Junior Billing Clerk should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Data Entry ,Excel ,Accounting .
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and billing software may be required.
- Coordinate billing and collection of Company damage cases up to *** and property damage cases up to ***
- Provide a high-level administrative support to include conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing Administrative Assistant functions.
- Enter data into the accounting software system and perform basic accounting functions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings.
- Compose and prepare correspondence and reports.
- Perform timekeeper / Payroll duties for the department.
- Handled inbound and Outbounds calls for negotiations and collections.
