Job Title: Client Partner (MSP, Procurement, VMS, Sales, Business Development, IT Staffing, SOW, Managed Services)
Work Location: Chicago, IL
Education:
Bachelors in IT/CS or other discipline.
Required Skills:
- Overall 8 years of IT Staffing experience.
- 8 years of experience selling Staffing, Managed Services, SOW, Bestshoring and HTD.
- Solid Sales experience.
- Strong expertise in Business Development.
- Extensive experience in both Farming & Hunting, managing existing customers and bringing in New Customers.
- IT Understanding.
- Sound understanding & capability of bringing IT Staffing/Professional Staffing/Managed Services/SOW opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $200K plus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
