- Create and support effective communications internally and externally.
- Build, develop, and complete plans to deploy strategic, cross-enterprise product and service initiatives.
- Evaluate project impacts to existing RM processes, service models, systems, and tools.
- Identify and engage working team members, governance committees, subject matter experts, and other business resources.
- Create engagement strategies for both Managing Directors and clients that may include pilot plans, rollout schedules, and rollout wave calendars.
- Partner with business units across WI to influence and build customer focused, effective engagement strategies.
- Consult on training & communications strategy for the RM organization, including plan sponsor, Advisor/Consultant and participant communications, associate communications, and associate training plans.
- Consult on project business cases and requirements.
- Perform WI Client Fit Analysis, identify potential variances within the target market segments, plan configuration, and service models.
- Provide status updates to executive steering committees, project sponsors and other key partners.
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in the retirement industry, financial services, defined contribution, and/or benefits administration industry or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of project management and/or management consulting experience a plus.
- Effective written communications experience.
- New Product/Service experience within Workplace Investing advantageous to the role.
- Familiarity with WI Relationship Management and business partners a plus.
