Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skillls; Windows 10,11, Application/ Operating System, Microsoft365/ Office 365
- 0365/M365/Microsoft 365 experience is required
- Support/deployment of desktops running Windows 10/11
- Support/deployment of Wyse terminal thin clients
- Support of common business applications
- Microsoft Office apps
- Collaboration tools (Webex, Teams, Zoom)
- Serve as point of escalation for IT Service Desk
- Support of onsite conference/collaboration rooms using Cisco Roomkit/Roombar equipment (will get provide guidance)
- Associate-facing role, people/soft skills necessary
- This is an onsite position
- We’d like someone with experience, not brand new to the industry
