Lab Operations Analyst

Pay Range: $40 - $44.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Role will sit Onsite in Malvern, PA
• The title of this role is truly a Lab Operations Analyst
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Industry experience is required
• This role will be more of an "Operations Role", not a Scientist standing at a desk
• Candidates must have excellent "people skills"
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task
• This role "hosts the field of service people"
• Required to have understanding in Compliance
• Will be responsible for getting service reports back from field service people .

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Prior experience with Instrument management which includes but not limited to scheduling preventive maintenance/calibration/IQ/OQ activities, new equipment onboarding, moves, documentation maintenance.
• Chamber management which includes but is not limited to cleanouts, defrosts, and equipment and reagent moves
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook, Microsoft Office products, Smartsheet's, Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience working in a GXP environment is required and Lab safety and housekeeping.
• Bachelor's degree MUST
• Laboratory audits and quality assurance as well as Scheduling, communicating, and hosting vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive completion of activities in a timely manner.
• Experience working in a GXP environment is required.
• Experience with a minimum of three lab operation activities is required (listed below).
• Instrument management which includes but not limited to scheduling preventive maintenance/calibration/IQ/OQ activities, new equipment onboarding, moves, documentation maintenance, etc.
• Chamber management which includes but is not limited to cleanouts, defrosts, and equipment and reagent moves.
• Lab safety, housekeeping, and organization
• Laboratory audits and quality assurance
• Scheduling, communicating, and hosting vendors.
• Ability to multi-task, coordinate activities with internal and external operations and service teams, service providers, site quality, and analysts to ensure lab operation activities are completed and compliant is required.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook, Microsoft Office products, Smartsheet's, Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with work assignments is expected .
• Candidate must meet degree and industry experience requirement.
• must have three of the lab ops skills noted.
• must be able to multi-task and work with vendors and team members.
