Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications and reapplications from healthcare providers, which include verifying providers' education, licenses, certifications, and insurance, then accurately entering all details into a database.
- Review emails and respond accordingly.
- Pay close attention to detail, initiate calls and respond to emails.
- Skills-Experience with credentialing, Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Office 365, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Experience in Provider data management and analysis.
- Prefer additional experience in Provider data management and analysis
- 1 years of data entry, customer service, medical office, provider data management, credentialing or healthcare operations (i.e. claims processing, billing, provider relations or contracting) experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance environment.
- Credentialing, knowledge of NCQA, CMS standards.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma/equivalent required.
