Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Workforce planning, Experience with compensation components (salaries, benefits, variable compensation), Workday Adaptive Planning Tool
- Provide support to Strategic Workforce Planning Sr. Director to Develop, evaluate and implement new processes, workflows and systems to support the strategic work, but also the day-to-day business working with different areas across the company
- Serves as a departmental subject matter expert for workforce planning, budget and forecast
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Provide monthly and quarterly trend analyses against established workforce and financial plans.
- Provide variance analysis for all compensation components (salaries, benefits, variable compensation)
- Works with HR, Finance and line of business partners during the Workforce Planning cycle to capture and manage information
- Provide support testing workforce models to forecast future needs and associated costs that are incorporated in our outlooks
- Provide support for process improvement projects and analytical support to assess and implement strategies to enhance the organizations' ability to provide multi-year workforce forecasts
- Provide help developing monthly, and ad-hoc reports and presentations to summarize data to different areas in the company
- Communicate with people at all levels, to gain the voice of the customer, to explain approaches and results.
- Gather and analyze data, from multiple sources and disparate systems.
- Workforce planning experience needed
- Adaptive (Workday Planning Tool) experience preferred
