- Face to Face assessments completed 3 days out of the week with 2 documentation days, completing tasks, submitting all forms/assessments within turnaround times, completing outreaches.
- Complete all documentation/assessments within TAT
- Skills-Private Duty Nursing, Home Health, Case Management and Pediatric Experience.
- PDN, Pediatric experience.
- Pediatrics.
- Case Management.
- Education Requirement: ADN or BSN.
Required Certifications: RN.
