Key Responsibilities :
- Supply Chain Ownership for Salty Business Unit.
- Support Supply chain execution for new product development (Pretzels and Chips) and support base business operations.
- Support ~30 projects contributing $50-$90MM in net sales as part of the innovation strategy, with an additional $100MM pipeline across other categories.
- Project Management and Commercialization (60%).
- Coordinate activities for new product innovations, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and plants to execute timelines and actions.
- Manage risks to meet project success metrics and proactively resolve challenges.
- Ensure the end-to-end supply chain setup for new launches (capacity vetting, capabilities validation, item setup, and Day 1 readiness).
- Drive process adherence and act as an owner and advisor in Tech Ops, Commercialization, and Gating meetings.
- Cross-functional Support and Governance (35%).
- 20% : Provide supply chain expertise during weekly commercialization meetings for various brands / categories.
- 10% : Own and govern monthly manufacturing team meetings and new item setup trackers.
- 5% : Standardize commercialization processes and ensure proactive communication within the supply chain.
- Special Projects and Company Initiatives (5%).
- Participate in and occasionally lead cross-network programs such as New Line Qualification and Supply Chain Charters.
- Build strong partnerships across teams and align priorities.
- Break down complex projects into clear steps for success.
- Apply strong project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Turn business goals into actionable supply chain strategies.
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Understand supply chain operations, business, and financial principles.
